How do SHAPERS products work?
Our SHAPERS undershirt is specially designed to shape and tighten your body while providing maximum comfort. The combination of high-quality premium stretch fabric and double-layered material allows the shirt to adapt perfectly to your body shape, smoothing problem areas and emphasizing your natural silhouette. It also helps you achieve better posture.
What is the undershirt made of?
83% Spandex, 17% Nylon
Through extensive research and many samples, we have found that this blend offers the most effective shaping and firming properties on the market.
What is the composition?
Double-Layered Fabric
With twice the amount of fabric compared to conventional men's shapewear, our design ensures maximum shaping and optimal support.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
All orders are processed within 72 hours and shipped from our warehouse. From there, you will receive your tracking number from us to track your package. The subsequent shipping time is 6-11 days.
Does SHAPERS ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping.
Can I change my address?
If you accidentally entered the wrong address at checkout, please contact us immediately at info@lumagbr.de. Our team will do their best to change the shipping address as soon as possible.
Please note that we can only change the shipping address as long as the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Returns
Can I return my product?
SHAPERS accepts returns up to 14 days after the delivery date.
There are no service fees.
Products must be in new, undamaged condition – no stains, no perfume odor, no deformations – and returned in their original packaging. Unworn and unopened.
Returned products will be inspected upon receipt. Returns that do not comply with our policy cannot be accepted.
Instructions for shipping the return will be provided in the email you received after submitting your return request.
