Shipping
How long does Shipping take?
All orders are processed within 72 hours and shipped from our warehouse. You'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package. Delivery takes 6-11 days after that.
Can I change my address?
If you accidentally entered the wrong address at checkout, please contact us as soon as possible at support@lumagbr.de. Our team will do their best to update your delivery address quickly.

Returns
Can I return my Product?
SHAPERS accepts returns within 14 days of delivery.
Products must be in like-new, undamaged condition — no stains, no perfume, no deformation — and returned in the original packaging. Unworn and unopened.
Returned products are inspected on arrival. Returns that don't meet our policy can't be accepted.
Return shipping instructions will be sent by email after your return request. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
